The JCBA website is planned to launch on April 1st, 2011. The site will have so much content that it will perhaps lag on the first day of testing. Many JCBA users will come to visit and see the site for themselves.
The JCBA website’s theme is revolved around business, why you may ask? Read the first blog post.
We have come very far with our website building, and it will all come to place with the launch of the site.
We only have until we April 1st launch our official website.
This website will include a wide variety of pages which will inform a JCBA student about what is going on, and it will also give them information that they can use to help them.
Students from the JCBA house are working for a full hour on their pages. Each team is assigned a role on what they are going to be doing throughout the 3 week process of the web design. The students are well informed on how to work the software, however if they are stuck somewhere the teacher is always willing to help.
What I have been working on is the Navigation Bar. It is a horizontal bar including links to “navigate” around the website. The main priority of this navigation bar is to make it easy for students to navigate around the website. The website is genuinely designed with the students in mind.
There are many pages in which the JCBA website will cover, including pages, support, and much more. The JCBA page will be very professional with the business theme in mind.
A controversial fact about us is that most of the students who passed the CAHSEE also scored perfect on the Math section. I am part of JCBA and was a person who scored 450 on the CAHSEEJ. Math is a very important part of the stock market business. Knowing your multiplication table is crucial to quick math. Having the capability of performing phenomenal math equations is even better.
However, JCBA isn’t all about math it’s also about knowing how to communicate professionally. Using the soft skills they teach you in class should ready you to communicate with a business man. The art of communication, if mastered, will take you anywhere. How you get there is up to you. The basis of good communication is the ability to be persistent. The average business man will give up after an offer has been denied, but an above average business man will only take the answer “Yes.”
The JCBA has a game we play called the stockmarketgame.org. This highly influences our future abilities to be a broker. A broker is a person who handles stocks in the stock market. The stock market has a wide range of stocks you can invest into. If this sounds like fun, JCBA is the right stock for you. Welcome to my blog about the lifestyle of an average JCBA Warrior (Student)! I started this blog when our assignment was to create one, but as soon as many bloggers decided to read, I have started blogging as a profession. There are many special incentives in being a JCBA Warrior at Hiram Johnson High School. The school revolves around many houses. Each house revolves around a theme, for example JCBA revolves around the theme: Business. There are many houses for a Warrior to choose from. Enlightened Warriors who have decided to enter the Business House are on track to becoming very rich, because remember Business revolves around money.
